Navua’s opposition this week in the Fiji Sun/ GP Batteries National Football League is Shop N Save sponsored Lautoka side and coach Manoj Kumar is preparing the team based on the strength and the weakness of their opponents.
Lautoka is scheduled to play against Fiji U20 tomorrow and Kumar believes that game will give him a good gauging ground to identify Lautoka’s strength and weakness.
Kumar said this game is very important for them as they look forward to register their third consecutive win after the loss against Ba.
“We are taking each game at a time and our game plan is to have the players tuned with the right mind game and after two good wins players are beefing with a positive approach," he said.
U20 rep Kolinio Sivuki will be back with Navua after missing two games and Kumar is delighted to have his services.
For last two games we could have his released from the camp but for this week’s game he will be a sure starter”, Kumar said.
The former Navua stopper, Kumar has been very happy this after players has been very discipline in and off the field.
“Efforts put in by the players have being over whelmed and I ‘am very pleased with their approach both during training and game time”
Navua takes on Lautoka on Saturday at 1pm at Lawaqa Park followed by Nadroga meets Rewa at 3pm.
