Responsibilities :

The appointee will be required to conduct research, market, develop, deliver and evaluate and market training courses in the relevant areas of Human Resources. Appointee will be required to identify industry training needs, and manage all aspects of the day to day running of the training courses, conduct research, prepare training manual, contact participants regarding confirmation and fees, co-ordinate relevant training courses facilitated by experts and prepare teaching, learning materials and training relevant to the course contents. Additional duties will involve preparing and practical projects relevant to the course together with and marking schemes, providing professional guidance and skills training to course participants.

Minimum Qualification Requirements :

High Quality Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline from a recognized University with at least two years post degree work/teaching experience in relevant field. Teaching experience is desirable but not is essential. Applicants with relevant higher qualifications, research experience and publications will have an added advantage. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively and deal with various industries and stakeholders with sound presentation, organizing, planning, and problem solving and project management skills. Applicants must also be result oriented, a team player and customer focused.

Salary :
An attractive salary commensurate with qualifications and abilities would be negotiated with the successful applicant.
