Responsibilities :
The Warden will be responsible for the business of halls of residence, and will conduct the check-in and check-out process, security checks, lockouts, preparation of preliminary assessments, and responding to emergencies/crises. The position requires an individual who is acutely sensitive to the needs of students, can be flexible regarding time demands, oversees the rules and regulations of the property with a willingness and ability to relate to a wide variety of individuals, is knowledgeable about support services available to students, performs essential administrative tasks, and, is sensitive to diversity in lifestyles with a genuine desire to be of service to others. Warden’s primary responsibility is to run the Halls of Residence as a customer oriented business. The incumbent will be required to be on campus 24/7 thus may be allocated a University Quarters with the package.

Minimum Qualification Requirements :
MQR- Applicants must have Tertiary qualifications in the related area with 2 - 3 years experience working with students in a tertiary environment. Applicants with experience in building/property management/housekeeping/maintenance/counseling/community development/OHS will have an added advantage.
