Company Accountant

Poly Products (Fiji) Limited is a well-established Company with a prominent industry presence and reputation for quality. We uphold a small yet a vibrant and dynamic team of players and invite suitably qualified persons to apply for the senior role of Company Accountant.

Candidates must posses the following attributes:

 Possess a degree in Financial Accounting from a recognized university. Membership in a professional accounting body is desirable but not essential.

 Have at least 3 years of work experience in the core accounting area in a manufacturing environment.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Pro-active and strong analytical skills

 Self motivated and well organized

Responsibilities include:

 Reporting responsibility to the Company Director.

 Preparation of Financial accounts on a monthly basis with GL reconciliations, VAT lodgments and daily cash management routines.

 Management of accounts receivables and payables on a daily basis.

 Sound knowledge on product costing and inventory management.

 Develop, maintain budgets and prepare periodic budget reports.

 Monitor and analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations with projections.

 Ensuring compliance with company authority limits & policies.

 Ensure Audit compliance of business operations.

An attractive remuneration will be negotiated depending on qualification and experience.
