Accounts Receivable Clerk

Trade Supplies Ltd, a refrigeration and electrical wholesaler, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk at Head Office in Suva

Primary duties will consist of the following:

Preparing and maintaining of debtors subsidiary ledger
Printing and despatch of statements
Assisting in preparation of VAT returns
Banking of both cash sale and credit sale
Bank reconciliation
Preparing court documents
Attending court on behalf of the company with relation to debt collection matters.
Collection of payments
Any other duties as assigned.

Computer experience in Excel and Word would be an advantage.

Applications need not possess formal tertiary qualifications but experience in similar position may suffice. Remuneration is negotiable and will commensurate with experience.
