Four more people charged for harbouring the escapees during their run from authorities are expected to appear at the Suva Magistrate court in Suva this afternoon.

The four bring to seven the number of people charged for the same reason following on the court appearance of Isoa Kubunalagi and Iferemi Sauqesa on Monday and the appearance of a father at the Nausori Magistrates Court yesterday.

Kubunalagi and Sauqesa will reappear on October 5 at the Suva High Court.

Fiji Police Chief of Operations ACP Rusiate Tudravu told FijiLive the 55-year-old man is charged for giving false information to police on his son’s whereabouts.

His son, Kunal Prasad is one of the four who appeared at the Suva Magistrates Court on Monday and a suspect in the BSP Bank Robbery last Wednesday.

"We should be expecting more who will be charged with harboring escapees and should be appearing today and tomorrow," said ACP Tudravu.
