A man’s body was discovered in Nakasi this morning.

Fiji Police spokeswoman Ana Naisoro confirmed receiving a report this morning and said they were told that it was a suicide case.

However, Naisoro said the police are conducting an investigation to know whether it actually was a suicide case and added they are not ruling out foul play at this stage.

She said post mortem of the deceased will be carried out soon to determine the cause of death.

The age and identity of the deceased has been withheld as investigation continues.
