Fiji Police has set out a search party looking for a 27-year-old man of Lakeba in Lau who went missing at sea.

Fiji Police spokesperson, Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri said the man and his three other friends went diving on Thursday at around 6pm.

“The four friends dived separately, with different hours, however only three of them returned to the boat,” Sokomuri said.

The only belonging of the missing man that was found underwater was his torch.

Investigations continue.
