Cassava and banana cakeIngredients
1. Add sugar to coconut cream and beat well until all sugar is dissolved.
2. Stir in mashed bananas and mix well.
3. Gradually blend the grated cassava into the mixture and mix to a fairly smooth mixture.
4. Pour mixture into a greased 8-inch round baking tin and bake for at least 30 minutes in a hot oven (250 degrees Celsius) until golden brown.
