Cooked guava for dessertsIngredients
1. Peel the guavas and cut into halves. Take out the seeds and keep.
2. Cut the guava into strips about 1/4 in / 1/2 cm wide
3. Put the seeds in a pot and add water. Boil for 5 minutes. Strain and rub through wire sieve.
4. Mix the sugar and lemon juice with the thick guava juice. Add the guava strips, put in a pot and boil slowly for about 3-4 minutes or till the fruit is soft.
5. Serve cold with lolo or ice creams.
