Pineapple - Avocado salad

Directions


1. Cut each pineapple slice into 4 pieces.

2. Cut the avocado in half, remove seed, peel and slice.
Mix the water and the lemon juice and dip the avocado slices in it.

3. Wash and prepare the green vegetables. Arrange the avocado and pineapple pieces on a bed of fresh green vegetables.

4.Serve with cold, cooked meat or fish.
