Sajan Leaves Soup with FishIngredients
1. In a cooking pot, put water, tomatoes and onion. Let mixture boil.
2. Add saijan leaves. Bring back to boil.
3. Add Fish and cook for a few minutes or until done.
4. Add cumquat juice and salt to balance the sour taste.
5. Serve hot.
Yield: 5 servings (2 small pieces of fish per serving)
