Mango nut bread

Directions


1. Cream margarine and sugar.

2. Add eggs.

3. Stir in dry ingredients.

4. Mix mango puree and lime juice and add to the egg mixture.

5. Bake in a loaf pan at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.

6. Mango bread is better if it is cut 2 or 3 days after baking.
