Sweet and sour vegetablesIngredients
1. Fry onions in oil.
2. Add chopped vegetables, water and coconut cream.
3. Lightly fry for about 5 minutes or until vegetables are half cooked.
4. Wash and peel mangoes or fruit slices and cook for further 2 minutes.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot as a vegetable dish or serve with meat or fish, boiled root crop or rice.
