Tasty Karamua (Watercress)



1. Wash and sort karamua.

2. Cut the tender stems about 1 & 1/2 inches long.

3. Shallow fry the garlic.

4. When brown add karamua.

5. When Karamua is partially cooked, add lime juice or kumquat juice and bring to boil.

6. Season with soy sauce and salt.
