- 6 cups grated or fresh chopped ripe pineapple
- 2 tbspn lemon juice or depending
- 1 tbspn. sugar
- salt to taste
- 1 tbspn oil
- red chillie, onion, garlic, pepper (depending on taste)
1. Prepare dressing by blending all ingredients togather except pineapples.
2. Add to pineapples and leave for 1-2 hours in the fridge.
3. Serve chill.
