Sweet Potato PieIngredients
1. Cover sweet potatoes with boiling salted water and let boil till tender.
2. Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tbsp. liquid.
3. Mash sweet potatoes and add pineapple juice.
4. put into a 9 inch pie shell and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
5. Bake in 400 fahrenheit oven for 20 minutes.
