- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup grated cassava or 2 tablespoon cornflour
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups of sliced or mashed fruit e.g. pawpaw, banana, cooked pumpkin, vudi, prepared cooked guava
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup thick cococnut cream or milk
Mix sugar, cassava or cornflour and stir in water.
Bring to the boil stirring all the time. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes.
Take off the stove and add fruit and lemon juice.
Serve with coconut cream or milk.
