Wilson keen on Ba return

By Sunil Sharma

Suva left back Joshua Wilson has set his sights on a return to his home district Ba next year.

Wilson who helped Suva lift the FACT crown after a lapse of 17 years told FijiLive the Men-in-Black remain close to his heart.

“Definitely Ba will always be close to my heart as I started my soccer career in the crazy soccer town at the age of 13,” he said.

“Playing football with Ba is different and awesome. Their style of soccer Ba is more constructive and they have depth and class so my mission is to return to them next season.”

Wilson last played for Ba in 2008 during the Battle of the Giants soccer tournament which they won 2-1 over Labasa in the final at the National Stadium.

Labasa duo Maciu Dunadamu and Pita Bolaitoga were also part of that winning Ba team.
