Avinesh applies release to join Nadi

Lautoka mid-fielder, Alvin Avinesh has shown interest to don the Nadi colours next season.

Avinesh who was away in Australia returned last week and has been negotiating with Nadi soccer for a possible move in the current window.

Nadi soccer boss, Tarun Patel said Avinesh had met with him and was keen to join the Jetsetters.

“He has communicated with me and I have advised him to apply for his release,” Patel said.

“If he is really interested to play for Nadi then we will step in to negotiate further for his release.

“At present we are uncertain of what amount has to be paid to Lautoka FA.”

Meanwhile, none of the Nadi players have to date indicated their interest to join other districts.
