Samabula marches into NCC finals

A star-studded Samabula Football Club has progressed to the final playoff of the 2012 National Club Championship which will be played at Ba's Govind Park next weekend.

The club with the likes of Suva district reps; Issa Saani, Leone Damudamu, Sedrick Dutt, Joseph Mishra, Nitan Kumar, Joshua Wilson and Eric Nigel Chand defeated Koroqaqa Sports Club 2-0 and was held goal-less by Friends United of Nasinu.

Other clubs that have cemented their place in the finals are Wailoku FC of Suva, Agriculture FC from Tailevu Naitasiri and League FC of Navua and Shore Blues of Lami.

The finals of the Kriz Signs sponsored tourney will be played from 16-18.
