Senior champs Navua in tough IDC pool

Reigning champion Navua has been drawn in a tough Senior Division pool for this year’s Courts Inter District Championship which will be played at Suva’s ANZ Stadium next month.

The Southerners have been grouped with Savusavu, Tailevu Naitasiri and Taveuni in Group B.

Group A consists of Nadogo, Seaqaqa, Rakiraki, Vatukoula and Bua while Southern champs Lami are pooled with Nasinu, Tavua and Northland Tailevu in Group C.

Senior Division winner will walk away with $7000 while the runners up will receive $2000 and losing semifinalists will each get $250.

The fixtures of the tournament will be released in a week’s time after approval of the Fiji FA Board.
