9-man Rewa overcomes Labasa

Rewa keeps its 2016 Vodafone Premier League title hopes alive after coming from behind to beat Labasa 3-1 in an exciting match at Subrail Park today.

Goalkeeper-cum-striker Akuila Mateisuva scored the lone goal of the first half as Labasa led 1-0 at halftime.

The Delta Tigers despite losing brothers Epeli Saukuru and Iosefo Verevou to red cards, managed to bounce back and score three unanswered goals.
