Nadi strengthens Pacific Cup squad

Defending champion and host Nadi has strengthened its Pacific Cup squad with the inclusion of two New Zealand based guest players.

Former rep Rajnesh Sharma and midfielder Christopher Clarke who featured prominently in the team’s triumph in Auckland last year will add more experience and flair to the forwards.

The Jetsetters have also included Rusiate Matarerega and Elvin Prasad- players who joined in the new transfer window.

Fiji U20 reps Mataiasi Toma, Patrick Joseph and Afraz Ali together with Napolioni Qasevakatini, Anish Khem and Andrew Naicker add more flair and speed to the side.

Nadi opens its campaign in the 2016 Ram’s Cleaning Services Pacific Cup against newly crowned Vodafone Premier League champs Ba at 7.30pm.

Nadi squad- Vereti Dickson, Semesa Muadonu, Martin Nasova, Anish Khem, William Valentine, Luke Rawadamu, Vuniuci Tikomaimereke, Waisake Tabucavu, Ilimotama Jese, Ame Votoniu, Rusiate Matarerega, Eliki Ravosai, Napolioni Qasevakatini, Patrick Joseph, Elvin Prasad, Mataiasi Toma, Samuela Tamanisau, Alfraz Ali, Andrew Naicker, Sairusi Niulevu, Christopher Kumar, Christopher Clarke, Rajnesh Sharma.
