Rewa draws second match in NZ

Rewa settled for a 1-1 draw against Franklin United in Auckland on Monday night.

The Delta Tigers scored in the first minute of play through Epeli Saukuru but a second half strike by Christopher Abbott leveled scores.

Franklin United was captained by former Ba, Navua and national rep Salesh Kumar.

The side also featured the likes of Leone Vurukania, Shameel Rao and Apisai Smith while Noa Vukica and Rinal Kumar were rested due to injuries.

Rewa has so far won 1 and drawn 2 games and faces Waitakere United in its last buildup match at Bill McKinley Park in Panmure tonight.
