Semifinalists confirmed for U19 Division

The four U19 Division semifinalists of the 2018 Vodafone Fiji Secondary Schools Inter District Championship (IDC) have been determined following the completion of the quarterfinals at Prince Charles Park in Nadi today.

Bhawani Dayal Arya College ended Bulileka Sanatan College’s unbeaten run in the tournament with a 1-0 win in the first quarterfinal.

The Pita Rabo coached side is making a return to the IDC after a lapse of more than a decade.

Xavier College of Ba overcame Tilak High School 1`-0 in the second quarterfinal.

Dreketi’s Ahmadiya Muslim College defeated Suva’s DAV College 2-0 in the third quarterfinal while Nadi Muslim College beat Kamil Muslim College in the last quarterfinal.

In tomorrow’s semifinals, Xavier College will come up against Bhawani Dayal Arya College at 8am while Nadi Muslim College will battle it out against Ahmadiya Muslim College at 9.20am.

The final is scheduled to commence at 3pm.
