Solomon reps to bolster Suva's campaign

Battle Of Giants (BOG) runner-up Suva has signed two Solomon Islanders to bolster its campaign in the new season which begins with the Inter District Championship (IDC) in October.

Top Marist FC defensive midfielder Jeffery Bule and stylish striker Mathias Iani flew out of Honiara today and will join the Whites in training from next week.

They however will be eligible to represent the district from the IDC onwards.

Bule, 26 has represented the Solomon Islands national team both in football and futsal and has represented Koloale FC, Solomon Warriors, Amicale, Western United and Marist FC in the OFC Champions League while 22-year-old Iani who is dubbed as the next Benjamin Totori of Solomons’ football has represented Hekari FC and Marist FC.

Fiji Football Association’s Player Transfer Window officially opens on September 01 and will run throughout the month.
