Namosi relegate Rewa

Namosi return to top flight rugby today by a 43-6 win over Rewa in the Fiji Rugby Union GP Batteries sponsored Promotion/Relegation match at Ratu Cakobau Park today.

The winners scored six unanswered tries in the win, with Namosi points contributed via the boots of Takirua.

Namosi, thanks to the expertise of their Wardens' players led by Setefano Cakau, Ilai Tinai, Joji Ragamate and Levani Botia, move to major division next year while Rewa drop to B Division.

The win was marred with the sending off of Botia with Rewa's Jone Vodowaqavuka in the 61st minute for foul play.
