U20 reps included in Baabas 7s squad

Three members of the Vodafone Fiji U20 team which won the Oceania Trophy Challenge in Suva in the weekend have been included in the Fiji 7s extended squad to prepare for the SUDAMERICA’S Rugby Sevens 2017 to be held in Argentina and Chile.

Kini Veitata has been named in the forwards while impressive Semisi Matawalu and Serupepeli Turuva have been included in the forwards.

Olympic gold medalists Apisai Domolailai and Vatemo Ravouvou have also been included in the squad together with Amenoni Nasilasila and Alivereti Veitokani.

The team marches into camp on December 19.

The tournament will feature teams from Argentina, USA, Canada, Chile, Brazil, Uruguay, Colombia and Fiji and will be played on 6 & 7 January in Argentina and 14 & 15 January in Chile.

The team: Forwards- Apisai Domolailai, Sevuloni Tawake, Risiate Tadulala, Jo Levula, Daveta Koroitakali, Mesulame Kunavula, Etika Tovileu, Sailosi Dawai, Kini Veitata; Backs- Seru Cavuilati, Meli Rusa, Isaia Nataba, Alifereti Veitokani, Amenoni Nasilsila, Vatemo Ravouvou, Lepani Kurimudu, Filipo Daugunu, Nacaniei Labalaba, Timoci Sinate, Ilimeleki Leiloma, Semisi Matawalu, Serupepeli Turuva.
