Champs Labasa face Ba in IDC opener

Reigning champion Labasa will face last year’s runner-up Ba in its opening match of the 2017 Courts Inter District Championship (IDC) at Churchill Park on Tuesday 10th October.

The two sides will clash in the third match of Day 1 while Rewa and Dreketi will kick-start the tournament with their battle at 1pm.

Nadi will take on Tavua at 3pm and host Lautoka will play Suva in a battle of cities in the last match of the day at 7.30pm.

Group matches will be played from Tuesday to Thursday and the semifinals will be played on Saturday.

The grand final will be played on Sunday 15th October.

Full Fixtures:

Tuesday 10 October

1pm- Rewa vs Dreketi, 3pm- Nadi vs Tavua, 5.30pm- Ba vs Labasa, 7.30pm- Lautoka vs Suva.

Wednesday 11 October

2pm- Labasa vs Dreketi, 4pm- Suva vs Nadi, 6pm- Lautoka vs Tavua, 8pm- Ba vs Rewa.

Thursday October 12

2pm- Suva vs Tavua, 4pm- Ba vs Dreketi, 6pm- Labasa vs Rewa, 8pm- Lautoka vs Nadi

Saturday October 14

3pm- Semifinal 1 (Winner Group A vs Runner-up Group B), 5pm- Semifinal 2 (Winner Group B vs Runner-up Group A)

Sunday October 15

2.30pm- Grand final
