FACT shifted, Rewa and Ba clash on D1

The 2018 Vodafone Fiji FACT group stage matches have been shifted to May 25-27, two weeks further from the scheduled date.

The tournament was initially scheduled to commence on May 11 but the dates have been changed following Vodafone Lautoka’s historic qualification for the Oceania Football Confederation Champions League final.

Defending champion and host Rewa will clash in the feature Day 1 match against Ba at 8pm on Friday May 25.

Last season’s finalist Nadi will open the tournament with its clash against Tavua at 1.30pm.

Labasa and Dreketi will face-off at 4pm after the official opening while Suva and Lautoka will turn the heat on with their Battle of the Cities clash at 6pm.

The knockout stages will be played the following weekend at a venue yet to be confirmed.
