4 Fijians in World 7s Series Dream Team

As the 2017/18 HSBC World Sevens Series concluded over the weekend in Paris, 4 Fijians have been named in the Dream Team of the season.

This is the first time in the history of the Series for four Fijians to make up the team.

Captain Jerry Tuwai, forward Kalione Nasoko, playmaker Amenoni Nasilasila and wing Eroni Sau have been recognized for their superb effort in the season where the Gareth Baber coached side won 5 out of the ten tournaments of the Series.

Other players in the Team are Dylan Sage of South Africa, Oscar Ouma of Kenya and Australia’s Ben O’Donnell.

Meanwhile Eroni Sau was named  the Rookie of the Year during the World Rugby 7s awards for his outstanding contribution.

Sau scored a total of 37 tries for Fiji since making his debut in Dubai 7s in December last year.
