Solid and mobile forward who was also just 18 when he played at the U21 World Cup in 2002. He was named in the Fiji Warriors side for the 2006 Pacific Rugby Cup following impressive outings with the Highlanders in the Colonial Cup. Made his Test debut in 2007 against Samoa and acquitted himself well at RWC 2007. He later joined the London Welsh club.
