Supervisor of Elections Mohammed Saneem confirmed that 7,556 Election Officials have already reported to their polling station from as early as 5am today.
Saneem said these Election Officials have managed to get all the operational aspects of the polling station ready and the polling stations have now commenced operations.
He has also urged Fijians to cast their votes and make the right use of the free public transportation that has been provided within their localities.
