Resource management is critical: Rabuka

Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka says managing resources is critical and crucial for any organisation therefore it is vital to develop and be involved with institutions like the Fiji Human Resources Institute as they would be able to create an atmosphere of growth.

Acknowledging the FHR for their work while opening the 2023 BSP Life Fiji Human Resources Institute Annual Convention in Nadi last night, Rabuka called on civil servants to join and learn from leaders of the institute.

He encouraged everyone to work with the Institute including those in Parliament and Cabinet in order to learn more about what they can do to better those that they lead or command.

Rabuka stated that if everyone contributes then it would create an atmosphere of confidence not only grow but grow their employment numbers.

He also spoke about the importance of developing the employment market to ensure that we do not continue to lose workers to the overseas market.
