Fiji will host the 16th Session of the Codex Committee North America and South West Pacific at the end of this month.
Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka made the announcement earlier today stating that the 15th Session of CCNASWP had proposed to recommend International Codex standards for Kava and Noni Juice be held in the region.
Rabuka said Fiji was proposed to the Codex Commission and was elected to host the 16th session.
The 16th Summit is scheduled to happen 30 January to the 3rd of February.
