Fijian duo amongst best performers

Fijians Rob Valetini and Mark Nawaqanitawase have been rated amongst the best Wallabies’ performers of 2022.

Sydney Morning Herald has labeled Brumbies back-rower Valetini as the Man of the year.

“The mark of a true superstar is if their team is half as good when the player is missing, and so it proved with Wallabies and Brumbies No.8 Valetini in 2022.”

“The hard-running back-rower was immense in both Super Rugby and Test footy, carrying line-breaking power and defending stoutly. Will be hard to beat for the John Eales Medal,” the site said.

NSW Waratahs rising star Mark Nawaqanitawase was tagged as the most emerged Wallaby player for 2022.

Nawaqanitawase emerged with the Waratahs which also led him in the Australia 7s team before he made the cut into the Wallabies squad for the international tests to prove his rugby skills.
