The Fiji First Party continues to maintain its steady lead in the 2022 General Elections as the Fiji Elections office reveals the latest update after 1007 polling stations were counted.
Statistics reveal that 187,479 valid votes were counted from 1007 polling stations.
The latest update on the Fiji Elections app reveals Fiji First at the lead with 78,077 votes, with Peoples Alliance Party following closely with 67,201 votes, the National Federation Party with 15,772 votes and SODELPA with 10,367 votes.
In other results, the Fiji Labour Party registered 5494 votes, Unity Fiji with 5471 votes, We Unite Fiji with 3111 votes, All Peoples Party with 1387 votes, New Generation Party with 460 votes, independent candidate; Rajendra Sharma has 92 votes and Ravinesh Reddy has 46 votes.
There are 1000 polling stations yet to be counted.
