Fancy dress ... Halloween is a chance for people to dress in traditional or wild and wacky costumes
O'Reilly's is renown for its fancy dress and theme nights

Its time for ghoulies and ghosts to crawl back from the dead because Halloween is here again.

Traditionally celebrated on the 31st of October the term Halloween is shortened from All Hallows Eve.

The origins of this event are from Northern Europe and although Halloween is not a traditional event in Fiji it is still acknowledged as a modern festival.

Celebrate Halloween this year at Bad Dog Caf and OReillys Bar at the Halloween Howl Night.

The Bar is holding a costume party where you can go dressed in your wackiest clothes on November 1st.

There is no entry fee, prizes for the best and the worst costume and a never been done before Halloween performance by the University of the South Pacific Oceania Dance Group.

The creepy night will start off with Bartenders Barrel Night Bash where you can enjoy psychotically cheap shots of Leprechauns Piss, Acid (Blue Sangria) and, of course, free beer on tap!

Creepy cocktails such as Monster Mash, Bloody Sunrise, Bloody Margarita, Vampires Kiss and Rest in Peace will also be available for the adventurous.

Apart from that there will be other competitions such as pole dancing where you can strut your stuff.

You can also enjoy dangerously scrumptious Halloween special meals at the Bad Dog Caf that will have you addicted.

Some of the Halloween specials on the Frightening Food menu are the traditional pumpkin soup and pie, spiced bat wings, spooky spiced chicken, graveyard goulash, coffin sandwich and for dessert strawberry bleeding muffins.

So come on down dressed in your creepiest and wackiest to haunt the night away at Bad Dog Caf and OReillys Bar to celebrate Halloween in style this year on October 31.
