CVC to kick-start new season

The 2023 domestic season will kick start with the Champion vs Champion series between Inter-District champions Suva and Digicel Premier League winners Rewa in February.

The first leg is scheduled for 5 February at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva and the second leg will take place at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori on 12 February.

With the two teams also qualifying for a play-off for the OFC Champions League, Fiji FA is currently working on getting Oceania Football Confederation’s approval to double up the CVC as the qualifying playoff so the teams do not have to play in a separate event.
