The Fiji Football Association has confirmed that the pre-season player transfer window will open on the 9th of January and closes at the end of the month.

Fiji FA chief executive Mohammed Yusuf said the transfer window will be open for 23 days only.

He said the players and districts are advised to strictly follow the procedures for seeking and arranging transfers.

The application process remains the same with the application fees costing $50 and districts are advised that all necessary documents must be submitted within the timeframe.

Some requirements for the process are the original district transfer certificate duly approved and also signed by the district’s president and secretary and accompanied by a duly completed player license form also signed by the player and the district officials.
