The Coalition Government is keen on working with the banking industry to diversify its economy.
The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Biman Prasad says that some of the areas that the Bank of the South Pacific (BSP) could support the Government in providing innovation are agriculture and cashless payment methods.
“Prof Prasad said the important role that banks have in economies is to mobilise funding in priority areas.”
