Koroisau ready to boost Tigers

Fiji Bati utility Apisai Koroisau is hoping his winning performances will help his new club the West Tigers in this year’s Telstra Premiership.

The 30-year-old dummy-half has played in four Grand Finals for two separate clubs, winning three.

The West Tigers are looking forward to reach full potential now with a specialist number nine in the squad since Robbie Farrah’s retirement in 2019.

The former Penrith Panther is one of the more senior players in the squad and will be key in developing new prospect players in Fonua Pole, Justin Matamua and Jake Simpkin.

In 170 first-grade matches Koroisau has averaged a 62 percent win average.

In a short video on NRL.com, Koroisau said he is happy to be with the club and ready to play footy.
