A 29-year-old man will be produced at the Nadi Magistrates Court tomorrow, charged with the alleged murder of a 41-year-old labourer of Delainamaka Settelment in Nadi.
The accused is alleged to have on the 8th of December assaulted the victim following a heated argument, where he was rushed to the Lautoka Hospital and admitted in critical condition.
The victim passed away the next day.
The accused has been charged with one count of murder.
