Nadroga without four key players

Nadroga FA President Max Chetty says that the stallions will be without four key players for their upcoming clash against defending champions Lautoka due to injuries and suspensions.

Speaking to FijiLive, Chetty confirmed that Romit Narayan and Abhishek Ram are sidelined with ankle injuries sustained in the match against Labasa, while Steward Toata and Josua Tawake are serving suspensions due to double yellow cards received in the same game.

He acknowledged the toughness of the Labasa match, praising his team’s resilience and effort.

Looking ahead, Chetty anticipates a challenging game against the seasoned Lautoka side but is confident in his players’ ability to compete at a high level.

“We have capable replacements ready to step in. Facing Labasa was challenging, yet our team showed great determination,”

“The upcoming match with Lautoka presents another tough challenge, given their experienced lineup, but we preparing for them,” he said

Chetty also called on Nadroga fans to show their support in large numbers when the Stallions take on the Lautoka Blues at Lawaqa Park, Sigatoka at 1 pm.
