Fijian Holding has appointed Sakiusa Raivoce as a director, representing Class A shareholders.

He replaces Mere Samisoni who had retired.

Raivoce who is a security consultant by profession will only hold office until the next Annual General Meeting of the company and then be eligible for re-appointment, FHL says.

Raivoce joins the FHL Board comprising Messrs Iowane Naiveli (chairman), Apakuki Kurusiga, Padam Lala, Ulaisi Baya, Viliame Gavoka, Filimoni Waqabaca, Ratu Samuela Nawalowalo, and Aseri Radrodro.
