Bilitaki alleges he was assaulted by four military intelligence officers when they went to apprehend him from his Qauia home two Fridays ago. Today Natuva confirmed that he has also met with the Police Commissioner Ben Groenewald regarding the case. “Yeah I’ve met the Commissioner of Police today after lunch and he’ll, maybe, give a press release by tomorrow morning." “We have discussed the issue and he will make the release,” Natuva said. Natuva says whether or not the Police decide to open a case regarding Bilitaki will be entirely up to the Police Commissioner. “I will leave it to him, anything to do with operational issues of the Police will be dealt with by the Police Commissioner and anything to deal with the Military will be dealt with by the Military. “I will only deal with policy issues,” he added.
