The second residential stage of the new Denarau Island development- Denarau Waters is now on sale.

After selling out Stage 1 of the development in less than four months, the developer of the site, Avoser Limited is also expecting a quick sale of the 41 spacious waterfront lots.

Stage 1 which had 59 lots was released in late 2015 and attracted instant interest from investors.

Prices begin from FJD $609k with each lot measuring 1000 square metres and commanding 20 metres of water frontage on the quiet, previously unsettled side of Denarau.

Ananth Reddy, director of Avoser Limited said people who missed out on the first Denarau development and now have a second chance.

Along with tight, 24-hour security and privacy within a gated community, the scenic precinct offers investors breezy, resort-style living, with buyers having ample room to build their dream residences or alternatively, getaway retreats.
