Fijian woman stabbed to death in NZ

Fijian woman stabbed to death in NZ A 50-year-old Fijian woman was allegedly stabbed to death in Christchurch, New Zealand on Saturday.

According to stuff.co.nz, a 37-year-old man has been charged with murder.

The woman, who had moved to New Zealand several years ago, was killed on Cheyenne St, Sockburn, in a random attack.

She had finished work and caught the bus home.

She was walking home from the bus stop when a stranger allegedly stabbed her on the street.

The suspect, who is known to Police, will appear in court today.
