People’s Alliance Chief Strategist, Pita Wise, is now the Acting Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
This has been confirmed by senior officials within the Office of the Prime Minister.
Wise replaces Yogesh Karan who is on leave.
It is understood that Karan will assume the position upon his return.
